RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to take progressive steps, conduct fair and impartial investigation and conclude the investigation in case FIR No.59, dated 19.06.2022, under Sections 495 and 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Chandigarh. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr.Ankur Bali, Addl.P.P.UT, Chandigarh, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that the investigation will be concluded expeditiously in accordance with law.
