RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.50, dated 19.05.2022, under Sections 354D, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar Rural, and its subsequent proceedings on the basis of compromise dated 30.07.2022, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
