Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the loan account has been amicably settled under 'One Time Settlement' Scheme according to which the petitioners have already deposited a sum of `2,27,000/- and the balance amount has been agreed to be paid on or before 31.03.2018.

[2] The petitioners are young children (major and minor) of late Sohan Singh, the borrower. Sohan Singh unfortunately committed suicide on 18.08.2016 leaving behind the petitioners, eldest of whom is 23 years old and she was studying at the time when her father passed away. She has now taken over a private job in a Laboratory to earn livelihood.
