* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the respondents' refusal to allot him a residential plot under a reserved category mentioned in the scheme. The reserved category, however, is in respect of serving Defence Personnel/Para-Military Forces. The petitioner admittedly was not a serving officer at the time of the application. 2.

The case is covered against the petitioner by a judgement of a Division Bench of this Court dated 17.01.2013 in Hoshiar Singh Vs Haryana Urban Development Authority and others, CWP-22352-2011 and another connected writ petition.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
