RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to pay the honorarium allowances to the petitioner who is elected Sarpanch of villages of Block II, Hoshiarpur from the day he is elected till date alongwith interest. Learned State counsel has placed on record compliance report by way of affidavit of Dharampal Singh, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Mahilpur, by and on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and has submitted that honorarium has already been paid and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be dismissed as such. Compliance report is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also affirms the statement made by learned State counsel and submits that the present petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
