Mukhtiar Singh

...Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Ankush Singla, Advocate for the applicant. Mr. Shubhashish Kukreti, Advocate for the respondent. *** As per report received from the Mediation Centre, the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. Written settlement/compromise in that regard has been forwarded to this Court. As per compromise, the parties have decided to reside together and to withdraw all the cases filed by them against each other.

Under the circumstances, the application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly. However, it is observed that in case the respondent backs out of the written compromise and does not comply with the directions and condition of the settlement then the applicant may approach the Court again with similar application as per law.
