ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 19.08.2021 vide which it was stated before the Court that the petitioner is not required in FIR No.129 dated 03. 08.2021 and it will be ensured that he is not called by the police for the purpose of investigation. Reply as well as the additional affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran are on record and as per the same, the police, during the investigation were looking for a proclaimed offender and in search of him, the local police has enquired about his whereabouts from the persons living in the vicinity. It is also stated that this enquiry was conducted prior to passing of the order and subsequent thereto, there is no violation.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
