Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Satpal Singh in case FIR No. 130 dated 25.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 22(C) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that present petition for granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is not maintainable, rather restricted his prayer to the point that learned trial Judge be directed to decide the regular bail application to be filed by him in this case.
