Each of the petitioners applied for plots of various sizes under the oustee category. The respondents vide letter dated 6.3.2013 informed the petitioners that they are entitled to four marla plots.

Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioners will be entitled to plots as per their entitlement. Although, the letter from the respondents states that the petitioners are entitled to four marla plots, it would be necessary to ascertain correctness of the same. 3.

In the circumstances, the respondents shall ascertain from the records the size of the plots that the petitioners are entitled to. The petitioners are at liberty to forward a representation to the respondents specifying their entitlement and the evidence in support thereof.
