The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of impugned orders dated 29.03.2016 and 17.05.2016 (Annexure P-4 and P-5, respectively) passed by respondent No. 1.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain relevant documents have not been appended and certain factual errors have crept in the writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing proper documents and making correct factual averments. 3.
