(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fulfill the promises made by them in the advertisement (Annexure P-1 Colly) and to further provide all the basic amenities to the petitioners.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners either to approach the Civil Court or to take action before the appropriate authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, in accordance with law. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
