The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 6 to get the investigation conducted in fair and impartial manner in FIR No.25 dated 04.04.2024, registered under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148 and 149 of IPC, 1860, at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar. 2.

In view of the prayer made, but without going into the merits of the case at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to supervise the investigation in this case as also in the cross case, and only then proceed in accordance with law. 3.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
