(Oral) Against the eviction order passed under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, as applicable to the State of Haryana, at the instance of the Gram Panchayat, the petitioners have filed a Statutory Appeal alongwith stay application which is pending consideration before the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, Palwal. It is averred that no decision has been taken on the stay application due to which the petitioners are apprehending their dispossession in execution proceedings.
