***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) This petition is filed to challenge the order of assessment dated 18.04.2014. This case pertains to theft of electricity in which the petitioner has been served notice under Section 135 and 152 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had filed a claim petition, which was decided by the respondent on 27.10.2016 against the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 08.09.2016 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to challenge the said order by way of amendment.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and found that it would be appropriate to challenge the order dated 27.10.2016 along with the earlier order dated 18.04.2014 (Annexure P-4) by way of separate writ petition.
