RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to declare the ownership of house property in possession of the petitioners situated in the village Samar Gopalpur Kalan, Tehsil and District Rohtak as per scheme "Laal Dora Mukat Haryana" declared by the State Government as per SVAMITVA, a Central Sector Scheme of Ministry of Panchayat. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioners that despite having filed the representations, no action has been taken by respondent No.2.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and at the outset submits, on instructions from Mr.Manoj Kumar Ahlawat, Tehsildar, Rohtak, that for redressal of grievance of the petitioners, they are MEENU 2023.08.11 11:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-15538-2023 -2required to approach the concerned Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector IInd Grade, however, representations have been filed to respondent No.2, i.e. Director, Land Record. She has also submitted that after Tehsildar further remedy lies with Assistant Collector Ist Grade-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, which the petitioners have not availed. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate representation for redressal of their grievances before the Appropriate Authority in accordance with law. In case the petitioners file any such representation to the concerned authority within ten days from today, the authority concerned would decide the same expeditiously.
