AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the election of Gram Panchayat for the post of Sarpanch by invoking the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In fact, there is remedy for the petitioner under Section 176 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. Confronted with the aforementioned situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
