RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J.(Oral) CM-459-C-2017 Applicants seek permission to bring on record legal representatives of appellant No.3, Ranjit Singh. Notice of the application to the counsel opposite. Mr.Manpreet Singh Longia, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and fairly submits that he has got no objection incase, the present application is allowed.

In view of the above, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions and only for the limited purpose of deciding the present case. C.M stands disposed of.

CM-460-C-2017 Applicants seek permission to bring on record legal representatives of appellant No.4, Sucha Singh. Notice of the application to the opposite party. Mr.Manpreet Singh Longia, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and fairly submits that he has got no objection incase, the present application is allowed.

In view of the above, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions and only for the limited purpose of deciding the present case. Amended memo of parties dated 16.01.2017 is also permitted to place on record.

C.M stands disposed of.

CM-461-C-2017 Applicants seek permission to withdraw the main appeal, in terms of the compromise dated 19.02.2016 (Annexure C-1). Notice of the application to the counsel opposite. Mr.Manpreet Singh Longia, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and Sh.Harminder Singh, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of Shamshar-applicant in C.M.12422-C of 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent, Labh Singh, submits that he has got no objection in case, the present application for withdrawal moved by the applicant/appellants, is allowed, in terms of the compromise dated 19.02.2016 (Annexure C-1).

In view of the above, instant application is allowed, RSA-822-2007 With the above said observations made in C.M.No.461-C of 2017, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn including C.M No.12422-C of 2016.

Should there be any confusion in this regard, it is ordered that the compromise dated 19.02.2016 (Annexure C-1) shall form part of the decree. However, it is clarified that the withdrawal of the present appeal at the hands of the applicant/appellants shall not adversely affect the rights of Sh.Shamsher-applicant in CM No.12422-C of 2016, in any manner.
