(ORAL) The petitioners herein have approached this Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to step up the pay of petitioners at par with their juniors and further to grant all arrears of pay and consequential benefits along with interest @12% per annum.

Learned counsel for the petitioners herein would contend that he would be satisfied in case the representation/legal notice dated 24.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners is decided by the official respondents within a stipulated period. Notice of motion.

Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that official will look into the representation/legal notice submitted by the petitioners.
