SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) The grouse of the petitioner is against the eviction notice dated 01.07.2024 (Annexure P-3) issued by respondent No.3 Gram Panchayat, Sakatpur, whereby the petitioner was directed to vacate 20 acres of land owned by it during pendency of the application for restoration of the revision petition bearing ROR No.36 of 2021-22 before respondent No.1Financial Commissioner, Haryana. 2.

We are informed that the aforesaid ROR had been dismissed in default for non-prosecution but the said order has been recalled and the order dated 08.10.2021 passed by respondent No.1, whereby it was directed that coercive action be not initiated against the petitioner, thus the YAG DUTT 2024.07.23 10:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.15585 of 2024 -2petitioner's interest has now duly been protected. 3.

Accordingly, we are of the considered opinion that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the above facts and circumstances.
