JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The three petitioners, namely, Bhupinder Singh, Harpal Singh and Rajiv Khanna are working as Guest Faculty Teachers, on contract basis with the ITI Rajpura, District Patiala since 21.8.2015,22.2.2013 and 15.9.2014 respectively, in the trade of Electrical and Mechanical.
Since respondent No.3-Institute was proceeding to fill up two posts in the Electrical and Mechanical Trade, on contract basis by issuance of a requisition on 15.12.2016 to the Employment Exchange, the petitioners filed present writ petition assailing the requisition (P.5).
Upon notice, learned State counsel, on instructions from the Judh Jot Singh, Principal, Industrial Training Institute, Rajpura, states that the said requisition has since been withdrawn thereby rendering the present writ petition infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
