The petitioner has applied to PUDA authorities for grant of 'Change of Land use' permission in respect of the land mentioned in para 2 of the writ petition measuring 400 sq.yards, situated at village Bhagwanpur, Tehsil Derabassi, District SAS Nagar. It is averred that the petitioner has deposited the requisite demand draft as per Notice dated 05.12.2017, but no decision is being taken by respondent Nos.2 and 3, i.e. Senior Town Planner and District Town Planner, PUDA for the last six months. [2] In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any views on merit, with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to verify claim of the petitioner, as stated above, and take an appropriate decision as per law/Rules/Policy within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
