*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of an appropriate writ for setting aside the impugned order dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure P-8), passed by respondent No.2.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that on 05.07.2024, the following order was passed:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks a short accommodation to place on record the zimini order whereby objections to Naksha Bey was called and also the order whereby Naksha Bey was approved.
At his request, adjourned to 23.08.2024."
2.1 However, on the adjourned date i.e. 23.08.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, accordingly the matter was adjourned to 03.10.2024 with a direction that order dated 05.07.2024 be complied with.

CWP-15187-2024 (O&M) -22.2 On the next two adjourned dates as well, the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and also order dated 05.07.2024 has not been complied with.

It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present writ petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
