Main case Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.192 dated 08.05.2019 under Sections 323,325 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC registered at P.S Ganaur, District Sonepat.
The allegations in the FIR registered on the complaint of Tej Partap Singh are that the petitioner along with his co-accused caused injuries to the complainant with an iron rod. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer stating that the offence is grievous in nature as the complainant suffered head injury with fracture ulna left in the incident.
No ground is made out to grant the concession of anticipatory bail.
Dismissed.
