In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled for the salary for the period starting from 10.10.2016 to 14.01.2017 as well as the benefits of third ACP which were withheld by the department.

Learned counsel for the respondents at the very outset submits that the respondents-department has already been received all the payment and he has already acknowledged the receipt of the payment, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner but keeping in view the statement that has been made at bar by learned state counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner in case, any of the benefit for which the petitioner is entitled for, has not been released so far, the petitioner can avail the RIYA 2023.11.16 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner with the competent authority, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by passing appropriate speaking order. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with the respondents. 6.
