RAJIV SHARMA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner participated in the tender process. He was allotted the work of construction of road from Punjabi Pulia via Baba Hardeva Mandir, Sati Mata Mandir to House of Raj Karan on Bandh in Ward No.8, Jatauli (Haily Mandi) on 4.12.2017. The work was to be completed within a period of two months. The petitioner admittedly has not completed the work.

CWP-19742-2019 According to the petitioner, the respondents are not cooperating and have not provided him the requisite demarcation and drawing etc. It has not come on the record that when he has asked for the requisite documents. In the meanwhile, the work has been allocated to respondent No.3. Accordingly, there is no merit in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
