This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. Despite being informed by the Registry to the learned counsel for the appellant about the date fixed, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Further, no effort has been made by the appellant to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Liberty is reserved to the appellant to make an application for restoration of the present appeal as and when complete record of the case is available with them.

Respondent-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Amrinder Singh Sidhu, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court. 5.
