RAJIV SHARMA,J The petitioner is aggrieved of order dated 19.2.2019 (P.25) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh whereby application for revival of contempt petition (CP) No.060/0007/2018 has been dismissed. In pursuance of directions of this Court, the respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion from the date his junior was recommended for appointment. His case was considered along with his junior against select list of 2009. Thus, direction issued was complied with.
Accordingly, there is no merit in the instant petition. Dismissed.
