Learned State counsel refers to para 2 of the reply on merit of the counter affidavit dated 24.02.2012 filed by Deputy Director (School Administration), wherein it has been stated that the Lineal Descendent Certificate dated 23.05.2003 relied upon by the petitioner was only meant for the purpose of admission, while the one subsequently presented by him had been prepared on 30.12.2009 i.e. after the last date of submission of application and as such was not accepted in terms of the advertisement. 3.
