(Oral) Mr. Indresh Goel, Advocate for respondent-university has placed on record noting of the Chief Controller of Examinations of the University whereby, a decision has been taken to allow the petitioner to appear in the exam to be held on 19.10.2015 as a special case to avoid the hardship of a court case.

Keeping in view the said position, it is apparent that the petition has been rendered infructuous. The University shall take necessary steps to issue roll number to the petitioner at the earliest so that the petitioner can sit in the exam on 19.10.2015 on payment of usual fees. 14.10.2015 (G.S.
