(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent No.4 to not to interfere in the free plying of the vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration No.PB-05-AJ-3871 in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India reported in RCR Criminal 2007(2) page 76 titled as "ICICI Bank Ltd. Vs. Parkash Kaur and others" and judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India reported in SLP (Crl.) No.4935 of 2006 decided on 15.05.2008 in case titled as "ICICI Bank Vs. Shanti Devi Sharma & Ors.".

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
