Present: Mr.Ajay Vijarania, Advocate, for the petitioner. -.- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The prayer in the instant writ petition is to direct the authorities to deliver physical possession of the landholding which has fallen to the petitioner's share as per the Consolidation Scheme.
Since the said Scheme is neither on record nor referred to in the representation appended with the writ petition and it is not discernible as to how much land comprising which khasra numbers has fallen to the petitioner's share, we decline to entertain this writ petition for want of necessary averments though with liberty to the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings on the same cause of action with better particulars.
Ordered accordingly.
