Upon mentioning, learned State counsel apprised this Court that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner in the present case, who was convicted vide judgment dated 12.10.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, had already undergone the entire sentence. Learned State counsel placed on record a copy of the aforesaid judgment, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered as infructuous.
