This is an application filed on behalf of the respondents for disposal of the main case in view of the fact that the advertisement which has been challenged by the petitioner in the writ petition which is violative of the University calender and regulations applicable has since been withdrawn by the respondents vide notice Annexures A3 and A4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert such assertions. Heard.

The application is accepted. At oral request of counsel for the parties, the date of hearing in the main writ petition fixed as 10.11.2021 is pre-poned for today.
