The petitioner by his letter dated 20.05.2006 sought allotment of a flat/house at EWS Complex.

The petitioner claims that he owned a house from which he was ousted. He, in fact, states that the whole colony has been removed by the Administration. He claims an allotment under the scheme announced by the Administration.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to decide the petitioner's application in accordance with law in its turn.
