**** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus for seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 7 to provide him protection as respondents No.8 to 11 are not allowing him to execute/perform his contract as he has made his own arrangement for transportation. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the available record.

The petitioner has not made any complaint to the police of the concerned police station against any kind of threat/criminal intimidation, as alleged, which he is required to make at the first instance and if no case is registered by the police against the private respondents, then the petitioner may approach this Court or take his other remedies, in accordance with law. In view thereof, I do not find any reason to interfere in the present petition at this stage and hence, the same is hereby dismissed.
