Jatinder Jit Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Jagraon, District Ludhiana (Rural), on behalf of respondent-State, is taken on record. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, because in terms of order dated 18.11.2020 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and was released on bail.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
