Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect/safeguard the life of petitioner at the instance of respondents No.4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was caused injuries and a copy of his medicolegal report is available on the file as Annexure P3.

This Court has perused the medicolegal report of the petitioner and the nature of injuries allegedly caused by respondents No.4 to 7. No case is made out to interfere in the present petition by this Court while exercising powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. As such, present petition stands dismissed.
