**** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to enable him to file a fresh one with better particulars detailing out the threat perception to the petitioners at the hands of alleged respondents.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.

In case, the petitioners file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, it will be incumbent on them to demonstrate with cogent proof the threat perception and the follow up of the representation with the authorities.
