At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition and submits that there is no threat perception. This Court vide order dated 13.07.2023 had purposefully issued notice only to the official respondents to verify the facts and existence of the alleged threat.

The fact that today the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition, on the ground that there is no threat perception, shows that the present petition is nothing else but an abuse of process of law. PARUL 2023.08.17 15:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
