RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) The only prayer in this petition is for a direction to respondent No.2, who is seized of a petition (Annexure P.6) filed by respondent No.6 and has not taken a decision on it despite the fact that the matter is pending for the last about one and half year.
In the reply filed on behalf of respondent No.4, no reason has been given about the delay in disposal of the said petition. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the petition filed by respondent No.6, in accordance with law, in a specified time. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, who is seized of the petition filed by respondent No.6 (Annexure P.6) to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
