FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bhupinderjeet Kaur, Police Station Majitha, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar submits that in consequence of interim order dated 18.07.2019, the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.07.2019 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
