(Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders, Annexures P-4 and P-5 whereby the house having an area 770 sq. ft. was cancelled and a smaller house having an area of 440 sq. ft. was allotted to her. Certain recovery notices were also issued vide Annexure A-1.

Admittedly petitioner filed a representation, Annexure P-11 before Director General of Police, Haryana, Panchkula. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in case the representation is still pending, Director General of Police, Haryana, Panchkula, shall consider the same and pass a speaking order within one month from today. Petitioner shall not be dispossessed till then. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives.
