(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks issuance of directions to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal-cum-Executing Court to decide the execution proceedings in Execution No. 150 of 2025, titled "Suresh Kumar Versus Oriental Insurance Company Ltd." within a time bound period.

[2] I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper-book.

[3] A perusal of record shows that execution application (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner in May 2025 is still pending and the petitioner is waiting to get amount of compensation. [4] In view of above, the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal-cum-Executing Court is requested to decide / dispose of the aforesaid Execution Petition as expeditiously as possible, as per law, preferably within a period of six months from today, as any further delay is DINESH KUMAR 2026.05.29 18:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
