(ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.56, dated 12.05.2022 (P-1), registered at Police Station Ghuman, District Batala, under Sections 326, 323, 324, 325, 452 & 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the orders dated 09.08.2022 and 09.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide orders dated 09.08.2022 and 09.02.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
