The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondent No. 3 to take action against respondent No.5 for the alleged harassment and threats to her life as pleaded in the petition..

The petitioner and respondent No.5 are husband and wife. The petitioner claims that she is running an English Teaching Centre and there is a dispute between them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is not being permitted to run her institute. On a Court question, learned counsel has admitted that she has neither filed a civil suit for injunction nor filed complaint before the Judicial Magistrate.
