(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that charge sheet was issued to him on 15.04.2014, to which he submitted reply on 28.05.2014. The inquiry was also completed in the month of July 2014 but in spite of passing of more than two years, proceedings have not been concluded and the same are still pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner served a legal notice (Annexure P-3) upon the respondents on 06.03.2016 but no action has been taken thereupon so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-3).

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to he respondents to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-3) and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
