Repot of the Warrant Officer dated 26.05.2025 in pursuance of the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench has been received. The same is taken on record.

As per the report, the Warrant Officer visited the CIA, Jalandhar on 24.05.2025 at 12.20 a.m. and searched for the alleged detenueRajbinder Singh @ Ranjodh Singh, but he was not found present there. On asking about the alleged detenue, the Duty Officer told the Warrant Officer that the alleged detenue was neither called by CIA Staff, Jalandhar, nor he is required in any case.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
