***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has referred to Para 6 of the reply. Same reads as under:- "6. That, this Council is a quasi judicial body set up under the MSMED Act to hear and dispose off delayed payment cases and pass appropriate orders therein. The Council has no interest in the matter and the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass any order it deems fit, as per the facts and circumstances in the case."

Learned State counsel submits that District Level Councils have been constituted. Case of the petitioner has been referred to Council at SAS Nagar, Mohali. The said council shall take a decision at the earliest in any case not later than six weeks.

Petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid statement. In view thereof, this petition is hereby disposed of.
