Petitioner has prayed for quashing of transfer order, Annexure P-3 on the ground that she is to retire on 31.10.2019. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that matter shall be considered by respondent no. 2 within six weeks and fresh order shall be passed after considering the aforesaid plea.

In view of statement made by State counsel, petition is hereby disposed of.

Status-quo be maintained till then.
