Learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of the order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the Director Town and Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh disposing of the complaint dated 27.08.2021 filed by the petitioners.

In view thereof, Mr. Sharma, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners states that prayer No.(i) has been redressed. He states that the petitioners would assail the order of the Director Town and Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh by taking appropriate proceedings in

Mr. Sharma, also does not press any of the other prayers at this stage but reserves liberty to pursue his remedies in regard thereto by taking appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
